Completing the ICS 207 Incident Organization Chart

To complete the ICS 207 follow these steps:

Select the

Forms

tab

Double click on the ICS
207 form. This will open
the form for editing.

Add/Verify “

Incident

Name”

and

“

Operational Period

”.

Adjust the Organization
chart to the desired lay
out.

Select “

Set Organization

Image

”.

Select “

Organization

Image

” to review the

captured image.

Print form.
