Completing the ICS 203 Organization Assignment List Form

Abstract

-The ICS 203 form is designed to display Incident Assignments. This form is tied directly

to the Organization Chart tool and various other forms. This form receives all of its data from
the current organization chart and associated “

Resource

” tab. Editing of this form will be

completed through the use of said tools.

Select the

Forms

tab

Double click on the ICS 203 form. This will open the form in print preview mode.

Verify data and make any necessary corrections.
