Completing the ICS 206 Medical Plan 

To complete the ICS 206 following these steps:

Double click on the ICS 206 form. This will open the form for editing.

Add/Verify “

Incident Name”

Operational Period

”.

Select “

Medical Aid Station

” 

block if desired.

Add New Station

”

Enter desired data into 
fields.*

Select to “

Apply

” to add to 

the ICS 206 form
