Ventilation hose, test hoses, E-Vent test outlet and
oxygen adapter

●

Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly
under running water.
Then

●

place in a solution of one part wine vinegar and two parts
water for approx. 30 minutes.

●

Rinse thoroughly under running water. Shake hoses to drain
off all water and dry thoroughly..

●

Dry parts thoroughly.
Water in the test hoses or in the oxygen adapter may impair
the operation of the unit.
Water in the ventilation hose or in the E-Vent test outlet can
reduce the air flow through the test outlet and allow the
CO

2

content of the inspiratory air to rise.

Atemschlauch, Meßschläuche, Meßblende E-Vent und
Sauerstoff-Adapter

In warmem Seifenwasser gründlich reinigen, unter
fließendem Wasser gründlich spülen,
danach

●

Einlegen in eine Lösung aus 1 Teil Weinessig und 2 Teilen
Wasser, ca. 30 Minuten wirken lassen.

●

Unter fließendem Wasser gründlich spülen. Wasser aus
den Schläuchen schütteln und die Schläuche gut trocknen.

●

Teile vollständig trocknen!
Wasser in den Meßschläuchen und im Sauerstoff-Adapter
kann die Funktion des Gerätes beeinträchtigen.
Wasser im Atemschlauch oder in der Meßblende E-Vent
kann das Abströmen von Luft an der Meßblende reduzieren
und den CO

2

-Gehalt in der Inspirationsluft ansteigen

lassen.
