Prevention-oriented early treatment
Harmful sucking habits on the soother, thumb or other
bodies and dysfunctions concerning the oral muscula­
ture, which are often associated with general postural
weaknesses, permanently impair facial growth and
tooth positions. They require early, i.e.
preventive,
treatment .
Habits and harmful dysfunctions such as
• open mouth posture
• incorrect tongue rest positions
• weak muscle lip closure and
• infantile swallowing (baby swallowing)
can be corrected with the OrthoPreventAligner ® PR-M .
If malocclusions have already developed, they are en­
couraged to heal themselves ­ provided that the
OrthoPreventAligner ® is worn regularly.
