The eight dials on the control panel of the Test Fixture simulate analog inputs.
When turned fully
CLOCKWISE
, the analog switch outputs
0 volts
; when turned fully
COUNTERCLOCKWISE
, the analog
switch will output a voltage that the NetGuardian will detect as approximatley -44 volts.
To simulate an analog alarm, turn a dial counterclockwise. The analog switch will increase the voltage output in proportion to
how far the dial is turned. The NetGuardian will detect the input as an analog alarm at the alarm point indicated by the number
on the dial.
Note
: The NetGuardian 480 Test Fixture does not contain analog input controls.
