Troubleshooting:
The spray is weak or there is no spray.
The pump does not operate at full fl ow if there is
air in the system. Air can enter the system from several sources:
Out of water - fi ll the water reservoir and prime the system.
Out of chemical - replace the chemical container and prime the system.
Foot valve is clogged - clean or replace the foot valve in the reservoir. To access the foot
valve, remove fi ll port cap. Pull water pick-up assembly out through fi ll port. The foot
valve is mounted on the end of the water pick-up assembly, and is designed to be re-
moved without tools. See Fig. H.
Leak in one of the fi ttings. Remove the cart top and fi nd the source of bubbles. Correct
the leak.
Pump pulses.
There is a pressure switch in the pump. If the pump is pulsing, this switch is
cycling and the life of the pump will be greatly reduced. Have the pump serviced.
Pump not running.
Reset GFCI on plug. See Fig. I.
Check to see if fuse is blown (fuse is panel-mounted in dash). To remove fuse holder
cap, rotate counter clockwise. See Fig. J.
Note:
- The pump does not contain any fi eld serviceable parts.
It should run for 800 to 1000 hours
with no maintenance needed. If leaks occur in the pump, it needs to be replaced.
