PLC Controlled Multi Washer Panel with Pneumatic Pump
A key feature to the system is delivering up to 10 chemicals
to up to 10 washers with a pair of durable, pneumatic,
double-diaphragm pumps.
Aiding in the reliability and longevity of the system is a water
flush that cleans each channel entirely after every product
delivery.
The collection manifolds, both sides of the pumps, the flow
meters, and all the way through the distribution manifold to
the washer are all flushed with water, to prevent the effects
of long-term chemical exposure.
