Assembly Method
Step 1: Assemble the foot pipes
For the step, please prepare six foot pipes(No.1), six 2-hole
Please wear gloves(No.28) when assembling the trampoline.
leg pipes(No.2), six 3-hole leg pipes(No.26), twelve
M6*10mm bolts(No.14) and the Allen wrench(No.20).
Connect twelve leg pipes to six foot pipes.
Attention: Please make sure all 3-hole leg pipes on the same
side of the foot pipes.If you assemble them on the left side,
all 2-hole leg pipes should be assembled on the right side.
And then screw twelve M6*10mm bolts by using the
Allen wrench.
Step 2: Assemble the frame pipes

For this step, please prepare twelve frame pipes(No.3), six
M6*10mm bolts(No.14), twelve M6 lock nuts(No.18), two
wrenches(No.20)(No.22), twelve frame joints(No.23), twelve
M6*48mm bolts(No.24), and twelve M6 flat washers(No.25).
Attach a frame joint to the bigger side of the frame pipe. If it
is too difficult to insert completely, please knock the square
tube of the frame joint with a hammer.
Attention:
Don't knock the round tube! Or it will be deformed
and damaged.
Connect the smaller side of the second frame pipe and then
connect other frame pipes in the same way.
For the last connection, please place one side against the wall.
And then try your best to press frame pipes of the other side
inward, so that the frame can be connected well.
Attention:
Before you connect all frame pipes, DON’T screw
bolts to fix them! Otherwise, the final main pipe will be
difficult to connect!
Insert a M6*48mm bolt from the outside of the frame joint.
Screw a M6 flat washer and a M6 lock nut to fix. Fix other
frame pipes in the same way.
Finally, attach six foot pipe assemblies to the frame.
Screw a M6*10mm bolt to fix each 2-hole leg pipe only.
Attention:
Don't screw to the 3-hole leg pipes.
