2. Normal Mode
For electric devices (except flash units) with a rated output which does not exceed 750W. The maximum power of LFP12 is 750W.
Short-term application up to 800W approx. 3 minutes. The standby function is available in this mode. If the operating voltage
exceeds 750W, the LED for output power (6) is blinking red and an alarm will be heard. At the same time, the status indicator (7)
lights up red, and the mobile power station will shut down automatically.
The power station adopts a 12Ah/12.8V LiFePO4 battery. Here are two examples, how long you can work with the fully charged power station:
• with 100W Halogen lamp, the power station can work for about 80 minutes continuously.
• with 500W Quartz light, the power station can work for about 15 minutes continuously.
VI. Replacing fuses
The power station is equipped with 3x 30A fuses. Should power station not operate properly, please check if fuses are blown.
Ensure that power station is turned off before replacing fuses.
VII. Connecting with an external storage battery
(for accessories please contact specialized electronic retailers)
Instead of the built-in battery, it is possible to use an external storage battery (11-15V) to operate your flash (the necessary external
power cables (28+29) are sold separately in electronics stores
*
). By using different battery capacities, you can adjust the power station
to your requirements.
1. Connection with external battery
1. Make sure that the power station is turned off.
2. Connect battery unit with control unit.
3. Screw in the external power cables (28+29) into the input sockets (19+20).
Please ensure correct po/-.
4. If the preceding steps have been performed correctly, you can turn on the power station.
*External power cables: no longer than 2m, allowing 100A current
Note:
• Ensure that plugs of control unit (16) and the external power output (22) of battery unit are locked properly.
• When using external battery, the built-in battery of power station will not be charged.
