WLAN Configuration

Auto WLAN Configuration

(Admin Configuration > Others)

Follow procedure below to make an automatic 

search for available access points:

Make sure the marker is on 

Others 

and press 

the left function key.
Move the marker to 

Site Survey 

by using the 

navigation key.

Press the left function key to confirm the search.

Scroll in the list of found access points by using 

the navigation key.
Press the left function key to select. 
If needed, enter the 

WEP

/

WLAN

 key. The phone 

will now connect to the chosen 

WLAN

 access point.

Press the left function key to save the setting.

Manual WLAN Configuration 

(Admin Configuration > WLAN Conf) 

It is also possible to make a manual 

WLAN

 

configuration. It is then first necessary to adjust 

the settings: 

Make sure the marker is on 

WLAN Conf 

and 

press the left function key.
Move the marker to

 by using the navigation key.

Press the left function key to confirm. 

Scroll to 

Edit, 

by using the navigation key and 

press the left function key.

Main menu > Admin Configuration

The menu item 

Admin Configuration

 is where to 

setup the wireless network related parameters.

When the marker is on 

Admin Conf

, press the 

left function key to accept.
Enter the default password "1111" to get access.
Scroll in the list by using the navigation key.

Admin Configuration > Others

Move the marker to 

Others 

and press the left 

function key.
Scroll through the list by using the navigation 

key. 

The list includes following options: 

Site Survey

, 

Factory Reset

 (Password=2468), 

MAC Address

, 

FW Upgrade

 and 

Serial No

.  

To upgrade the telephone: 

 Scroll to 

FW Upgrade 

and press the left 

function key.
Move the marker to 

Upgrade

 and press the left 

function key to confirm. The device will reboot 

after 5 minutes.

Default HTTP server is: 

http://www.doro.com 

/downloads/ip700wifi/upgrade/

Important!

Do not unplug the charger, remove the battery or switch the 

telephone off while upgrading.
