STEP 1.
Attach the Front Leg (B) to the Back Leg (C) using Flat Washer (5), Spring
Washer (4), Hex Nut (3) and Bolt (1) as shown. Secure bolt with with Allen
Key (6); secure hex nut with Wrench (7).
