The Fitness Pocket is for muscle toning; it is a muscular activity with no heavy weights designed to shape up and firm up your figure.
This product is a Nomade Fitness product, and can be transported easily.This Fitness Pocket comes with an electronic Mini Coach.
A Coach accompanies you throughout the exercise. It sets the rhythm for your training. These “smileys” will appear on
the screen with a vibration to the following rhythms:
USE
Screen (3) :
- Short, medium and long: period of time between two vibrations.
- Rhythm: rhythm game mode: follow a pre-defined rhythm – short, medium or long.
- React: responsiveness game mode: follow a random rhythm.
- Race: speed game mode: TIME: do a maximum number of repetitions in 1min.
- Score: do 50 repetitions in the shortest possible time.
- Last: most recent score recorded when you last used it.
- Tot: total number of repetitions.
- Max: maximum number of repetitions performed.
- AVG: average number of repetitions over the exercise period.
- Rep/M: displays the number of repetitions per minute.
- PM: displayed in the afternoon when using a 12h clock.
- Horloge : when alarm is activated.
Count function (6) :
- Press button 1 to go from one mode to the next: COUNT mode.
- The mode is displayed automatically after two seconds.
- Then press the foam sections and the count starts.
- Hold down button 2 for three seconds to adjust the settings: Saving your score.
- Press button 2 to scroll through: your number of repetitions, your last score, your total number of repetitions since the first time you used it.
- If you want to reset the score to zero, you can do it by holding down button 2 for three seconds.»
After two or three minutes of inactivity, the Fitness Pocket exits the selected mode to return to the time display.
Rhythm Function (7) :
- The exercise ends after 10 seconds if you don’t press the foam sections.
- To find out your average reaction time, press 2 after 10 secs when the exercise is over.
- To restart the exercise, hold down button 2 for three secs.»
Race Function, speed (9) :
- In this mode, the smileys appear according to how fast you perform the exercise: the faster you go, the happier the smiley.
Training reminder function:
The training reminder is issued after two days of non-use (vib sound smiley). The reminder is activated a maximum of four times. It
warns the user at 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm. The reminder will stop automatically after five seconds or when you press button 1 or 2.

Please note: if the display flashes unusually or the device functions abnormally in any way, this usually
indicates that the batteries are weak. However, you can restart the product by pressing buttons 1 and 2
and the upper and lower foam sections at the same time. Ask your retailer for advice. The batteries
cannot be replaced. By trying to change them yourself you risk damaging the product and the product
guarantee. Battery life is approximately two years, but can vary, depending on how long the product was
stored in the shop and the way in which it is used. The «crossed-out bin» symbol indicates that this
product and the batteries it contains cannot be disposed of with household waste. They are subject to a
specific type of sorting. Take your unusable electronic product to an authorised collection area for
recycling. Recycling your electronic waste will protect the environment and your health.
WARNING
Getting into shape must be done in a CONTROLLED manner. Before beginning any exercise program,
consult your doctor.This is especially important for people aged over 35 or who have previously had
health problems, and those who have not done any sport for a number of years. Read all instructions
before use.

the use or misuse of this product by the purchaser or by any other person.
3. This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use this product in a commercial, rental, or institutional
setting.
4. The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and maintenance of the equipment.
5. If your product deteriorates, stop using it and take it to your Decathlon store.
6. If you feel any pain or if you become dizzy while exercising, stop immediately, rest, and consult a physician.
7. Before each use, check that the state of the product allows for normal use.
WARRANTY
DECATHLON guarantees this product, when used under normal conditions, against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, that date being taken to be the date on the till receipt. DECATHLON’S
obligation with regard to this guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of
DECATHLON. All products for which the warranty is applicable must be received by DECATHLON at one of its approved
facilities, delivery prepaid, accompanied by adequate proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to cases of:
• Damage caused during transport
• Improper or abnormal use
• Poor maintenance
• Repairs carried out by technicians not accredited by DECATHLON
• Use for commercial purposes
This warranty does not exclude any legal guarantees applicable according to country and/or province.
