4.  Now fill the short side of the body ac-

cording to the instructions on page 13 
and insert the filled core according to 
the instructions on page 24ff. 

5.  Remove the assembly bracket. 

6.  Now adjust the short core in a way 

that the larger cut-out is flush with the 
cut-out of the long core.

7.  Please pull out cylinder cores to such 

an extent until cores in the cam 
groove provide a flush fit with the cyl-

8.  Please insert the coupling accurately 

fitting into the cam. 

9.  Please insert the cam with the cou-

pling into the centre of the cylinder 
body. 

10. Please hold the cam in such a posi-

tion that it provides flush fit with the

erally a little at the bottom. 

11. Please push cores back into the cyl-

inder body. 

12. Rotate the lock stud until the coupling 

engages with the lock stud. 

 

 

Caution! Please always align security rings in such a way that the flat 
side of the security rings point towards the cam.
