Emails/Chatting via Contacts
You can make a call directly from Contacts.
If you have added an email address or chat
account to the Contacts entry, you can also
send an email or launch a chat application.

Viewing the Map of a
Contact’s Address
If the address has been added to the Contacts,
you can view its location in a map.

(Map application)", it switches to the
application to display the location set as
the address.
