62 Basic operations
Multi-tap input
On the 12 keys keyboard, tap the same key
consecutively to enter a character, number, or
symbol that are assigned to the key.
To enter characters assigned to the same key
consecutively, wait until the color of cursor
indicating the conversion range is changed
(approx. 1 second) and then enter a next
character. To enter the next character soon,
tap
to change the color of cursor.

to select range of the text.

Tap the item in the edit menu.
Editing text
Cut Cut a selected character string.
Copy Copy a selected character string.
Paste Paste a copied/cut character
string.
Share Use the selected text in the other
application.
Select all Select all text.
Web search Search for online information
related to the selected character
string.
Display the editing menu that
could not be shown. Tap
to
return to the previous editing
menu.
