Precautions
Never modify the terminal or accessories.
Doing so may result in fire, injuries or
•
malfunctions.
The modified terminal may be repaired
•
only if the owner agrees on that all the
modified parts are restored to the
original conditions. However, repairs
may be refused depending on the
modifications.
The following cases may be considered as
modifications.
Put a sticker on portions such as of
•
the display or keys.
Glued decorations on the terminal
•
using adhesion bond, etc.
Change the parts such as exterior to
•
other than DOCOMO standard parts.
Malfunction and damage due to
•
modifications will be repaired at the
owner's expense, even if the warranty
period is still effective.
The model plate must not be removed
from the terminal.
The model plate certifies that the terminal
satisfies technical standards.
It should be noted that if the plate is
removed or is replaced with a different
plate, and the original model plate
cannot be verified, it may disqualify the
unit from repairs due to not being able to
determine the technical standards of that
particular phone.
Note that the settings and other
information may be reset (cleared) as a
result of malfunction, repair or other
handling of the terminal. In this case,
make the settings again.
When the repair is executed, MAC
address of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth address in the
terminal may be changed regardless of
repaired part.
Magnetic components are used in the
parts of the terminal that are described
below. Do not allow cash cards or other
devices that are vulnerable to magnetism
to come into contact with the phone.
Parts where magnetic components are
used: camera, volume key, around
earpiece/speaker
