5 Commissioning
5.1 Teach-in of the device
Prior to operating the DT5641, it must be integrated into the
DITECH Smart Home iL central unit (DT5637). For this, teach-in
the device as follows.

The DITECH Smart Home iL central unit has been set up via
the DITECH Smart Home iL app.
1. Open the DITECH Smart Home iL app on your smart phone.
2. Select the menu item Teach-in device.
3. Open the battery compartment (see fig. 2 page 3).
Slide the battery compartment cover open with a little pres-
sure. The cover remains connected to the device.
4. Remove the insulating strip from the battery compartment.
The teach-in mode is automatically activated for three minutes.
The teach-in mode can be activated manually for 3
minutes via the system key (F) (see figure on the left).
(see fig. 3 page 3).
5. The device will be displayed automatically in the app.
6. For confirmation of the teach-in process, enter the last four
digits of the device number (SGTIN) in the app or scan the
