Bluetooth operation
1.
Turn ignition and radio “ON”
2.
Press CD button or button combination to enter CD changer mode
(Ensure at least 1 disc is loaded and remains in changer magazine)
3.
Launch smartphone music streaming application
4.
Use media button to change tracks, adjust device volume, pause etc.
5.
Place phone call or ask someone to call. To end call press,
Pause/Play
6.
To listen to CD changer, press
Pause/Play
.
7.
If correct operation is confirmed go ahead and reinstall radio.
Warning:
Playlist and Track selection is *NOT* possible from C5 radio
button. Use audio device built-in controls or optional wireless remote
to access and control audio files and applications.
Notes:
1.
If playback is too low or distorted, adjust volume on Bluetooth device.
2.
On incoming calls, ring tone plays on car speakers
3.
Bluetooth range is approximately 30 ft. make sure device is within
range of receiver
4.
At least one disc must remain in changer.
5.
* Media button does not control CD changer functions. Use radio
control buttons for music selection and control changer as customary
6.
Streaming resumes after call ends, however; to resume CD playback,
press
Pause/Play
If successful go ahead and reinstall radio

Newer vehicles with fiber optic digital systems (e.g., CR23/24,
PCM2+) as seen in Fig. 20 are NOT supported.
