4.

  Attach the cradle/spreader bar to end of boom:

a.  Detach the key ring from the clevis pin.

b.  Align the hole on the cradle with the mounting bracket at the end of the boom.

c.  Insert pin and reattach key ring.

5.

  Attach the lifting actuator to the mounting brackets on 

  the mast and boom:

a.  Detach the key rings from the clevis pins.

b.   Align the actuator so that the actuator warning 

label is facing toward the user in the sling and the 

mounting holes at the top and bottom line up with 

the holes on the mounting brackets.

c.  Insert pins and reattach key rings.

6.

  Mount the control box to the mast: 

a.   Hang the control box mounting bracket on the two 

screws on the rear face of the mast.

b.  Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws. 

c.   Attach the control box to the mounting bracket 

using the socket-head screw and tighten using a 

3mm Allen wrench.
