Description 

Port group description,its purpose is so you can identify the 
port group with a meaningful name 

Primary/Secondary Display Name 

Port  group  display,  which  will  be  used  in  SIP  message, 
example:

Primary/Secondary SIP User ID 

User  account  information,  provided  by  VoIP  service
