Introduction

The DL9120 / DL9130EV is a handheld, battery powered, multi-function
electrical  installation  test  instrument  capable  of  performing  a
comprehensive range of tests, including:

Earth Continuity @ 200mA
Earth Continuity @ 15mA (DL9130EV only)
Insulation Resistance at 250V, 500V and 1000V
