DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR INJURY, LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PROFITS, AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) OR
FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF DIHL OR THE SUPPLIER / RETAILER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL DIHL’S OR THE SUPPLIER’S / RETAILER’S LIABILITY
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
