Lights and Switch Module
LSM Removal NOTE
Before the system is powered down, have the system
manager perform a system shutdown if needed.
To remove a failed or damaged lights and switch module (LSM):
Step Action Refer to Figure 7–8
1 Perform the system shutdown. –
2 Power down the unit. –
3 Remove the top cover. –
4 Remove the right side panel. –
5 Disconnect the LSM cable.

6 Remove the four removable
rivets.

7 Remove the LSM module. #
