Using Dual Mono Mode

When Dual Mono mode is activated in the Audio Setup (as described in Chapter 2.2.1.), the unit allows the use

of two independent contribution codecs in Mono. The Left audio I/O is used by codec 1, Right audio I/O is used

by codec 2. Both codecs are totally independent, with the following limitations :

●

Same choice of audio I/O format (Analog, AES) and platform clock source and sampling

frequency for both codecs

●

Both codecs share the same Connection Book and the same local User Addresses

●

Synchronized AoIP I/Os such as LiveWire or Ravenna AES67 can not be used

●

Simultaneous use of EaptX audio format is not recommended on both codecs
