(17) Hardware event: HDD Failed
In below two situations, HDD failed event will be triggered:
①
NVR’s HDD fails (NVR cannot save videos to that HDD anymore)
②
DIGIARRAY’s HDD is broken that cannot save video anymore.
Note: To ensure videos are firmly saved in NVR, NVR will automatically notify users of HDD
error and HDD failed on liveview page by default.
(18) Hardware event: Battery Low Warning
NVR can remotely notify users to replace CMOS battery (on the motherboard) when
CMOS battery is too low to maintain correct time settings.
(19) Hardware event: eSATA Disconnected
To instantly know DIGIARRAY, storage expansion box, is disconnected to NVR.
(20) Storage event: RAID Degraded
Due to HDD(s) failure or offline, NVR has no fault-tolerant ability in RAID 1/5/6/10
mode. Although NVR can continue to perform as normal, but NVR cannot endure
another failure of HDD. It is a preventive warning to avoid permanently losing recorded
videos.
(21) Storage event: RAID Failed
Due to HDD(s) failure or offline, the data stored in the NVR/DIGIARRAY may be no
longer accessible.
(22) Storage event: RAID Rebuilding
In the process of RAID rebuilding, NVR will notify users in below three situations:

Start RAID rebuilding : insert a brand new/formatted HDD
②
Finished RAID rebuilding: NVR has fault-tolerant ability now
③
Stop RAID rebuilding: HDD becomes offline
(23) External event (HTTP-in)
Event could be triggered by external HTTP-in CGI command . It allows users to define up
to 16 different HTTP-in events . With the “External Event”, users can set its actions just
like other events.

The format of external HTTP-in event
http://<NVR_IP>/login.cgi/cgi_main.cgi?cgiName=event_ipc.cgi&eventName=Defined_<int>
- <NVR_IP>is the IP of NVR that command need to be delivered to.
- <int>is defined for what number(1~16) of external HTTP-in event need to be triggered.
