Digi ConnectTank Network Activation Troubleshooting
Network activation can fail due to one of the following reasons:

The device has not been activated by the network.
•
The device is placed in an area with no network coverage.
In the event of network activation failure, repeat the authentication procedure until the network LED blinks
blue. If necessary, move to an area with better coverage.
You may need to verify with your cellular carrier that the device has been assigned a contract.
Digi ConnectTank Configuration Troubleshooting
While setting the new device configuration in Device Cloud, ensure that you press the Refresh button to fetch
the latest values stored on the device.
Since the device is in sleep mode most of the time, Device Cloud’s scheduled offline operations are best suited
for configuring the device parameters.
Changing APN for Digi ConnectTank UMTS Models
Digi ConnectTank has Access Point Network (APN) for AT&T network by default.
To change the APN, follow these instructions.
