This is the force to keep the housing spinning
slowly at a constant speed.
The force required to start the spinning initially will
be greater. This is not the correct reading.
To ensure an accurate reading the force direction
must be held at 90 degrees. (As shown)
Reading is to be taken from the inner bolt pattern.
