4.1   Getting in and out of your  

wheelchair

Different handicaps allow more or less 
manoeuvrability.

To get in and out of your wheelchair easily and 
safely, the following tips can be helpful. 

NOTE

To stop the wheelchair from rolling 
or sliding away while getting 
seated, it is helpful to place both 
rear wheels against a wall.
