Note: After replacing the potentiometer, calibration of the new potentiometer may be required. Calibration is
done through the related parameter settings in the controller. Ref. to chapter "Controller", and/or contact the
Manufacturer or supplier.
Circuit Braker
Check the circuit breaker‘s state. Push down on the reset button accesible through the rear body part on top
side. In order to perofrm the continuity test, the breaker must be in „ON“ position.
You will need to perform a continuity test.
Whilst working on the circuit braker, check for corrosion or related parts fault.
1. The circuit braker is located on
the main top frame near the motor.
2. Remove the seat and lift up/
remove the rear body panel. Handle
the light‘s wires with care. Light con-
nectors ma be disconnected, When
performing trouble shooting, the
rear lights must remain connected.
3. Connect the test leads to the
poles of the circuit braker, and per-
form a continuity test.

Possible Issues
Scooter does not operate when switched „ON“, has no current.
Case a) Circuit breaker has tripped - if so, troubleshoot the cause before proceeding.
b) Circuit breaker does not have continuity after reset.
Solution a) Reset and test for continuity, if the circuit breaker keeps tripping do a thor-
ough inspection of all related / connected parts.
