3.6.3

Opening Mechanical Combination Locks (with mechanical keylock)

Perform the following steps to open mechanical combination locks and a keylock.

1. Open the lower fascia.

2. Insert the key and rotate it clockwise 180 degrees to open the keylock.

3. Insert the key into the mechanical combination lock and turn it clockwise

until the key stops.

4. Remove the key from the lock.

5. Dial the combination selected for the cash dispenser. Refer to

the

ATM Mechanical Combination Lock Operating Instructions

(TP-820610-001A).

6. Turn the dial clockwise until it stops.

7. Turn the handle clockwise until it stops.

8. Open the door of the safe and complete all maintenance. Refer to the

appropriate operating guides listed in Appendix A for information about
maintenance procedures.
