Troubleshooting

Clearing a banknote jam in the cash input module

Open the cash input module (see section "Opening/closing the cash input module").

To open the shutter, turn the green

gearwheel (1) in the direction of the
arrow.

Hold your hand underneath the
shutter while opening it, for
jammed banknotes may fall out
of the shutter.

Remove any banknotes from the shutter.

To move the banknotes out of the

cash input module (3), turn the green
gearwheel (2) in the direction of the
arrow.

Close the cash input module.
