ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Install the handlebars (B-4) by placing them on top of the
console mast (B) close to the moun ng posi on and hand
feed the Heart Rate Wires (B-8) through the round hole on
top of the handlebar mast (B) and up and out of the console
moun ng bracket next to the upper wire harness (B-7).
• Feed the excess wire into the hole while aligning the
handlebars into posi on with the 4 holes on the handlebar
mast (B). Install the 4 bolts (B-10) by hand and ghten into
place a er making sure not to pinch the heart rate wires (B-8).
• Place the handlebar mast (B) into the frame (F). Install the
handlebar mast push-pull locking pin (F-2), posi on the bars
at the lowest se ng so the mast s cks out the bo om.
• Remove the plas c handlebar assembly endcap (F-25) by
removing the screw (B-3).
• Connect the upper wire harness (B-7) to the lower wire
harness (G-20). Make sure the connec on is fi rm and feed
excess cable into frame and mast.
• Reinstall the plas c handlebar assembly endcap (F25) and
reinstall the screw (B-3).
