ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

•  Unpack the 510Ef from the carton. Please recycle.

•  Assembly will require 2 people.

•  Verify the carton contains all parts from the list. 

•  Install leveling foot (D-37) with lock washer (D-36) under the the 

front stabilizer. 

•  Install and align the Rail Frame (G), using the side bolt and washer. 

Make sure all bolts and washers (J-1, & J-3) are aligned and 

 ghtend properly. 

Note - A loose bolt could cause misalignment 

of the track and cause poor wheel alignment and or a rubbing 
sound. 

•  Tighten the bo  om bolts and washers (J-2 & J-1), have one person 

 lt machine forward, res  ng the weight on the stabilizer roller 

while the other person installs and   ghtens the bo  om bolts.

CAUTION when preforming this step, use two(2) people!
