Die Fettfangschale (18 Abb. 6) abnehmen.

Den Drehknopf (20 Abb. 6), die Schrauben (17 Abb. 6) und das Schaltbrett (17 Abb. 6) abnehmen. Bei vorsichtiger Handha-

bung des Wulstes eventuell die Platte abnehmen.

AUSTAUSCHEN DER LEITFLAMMENBRENNERDÜSE

MERKE: Es wird empfohlen, die Glühkerze vorher abzunehmen (9 und 10 Abb. 4), damit sie nicht brechen kann.

Um die Einspritzdüse der Leitflamme auszutauschen, die Mutter (7 Abb. 4) mit einem 10er-Schlüssel ausschrauben und die 

Einspritzdüse (6 Abb. 4) mit der laut Tabelle II für die gewählte Gasart entsprechenden Düse ersetzen.

AUSTAUSCHEN DER BRENNERDÜSE

Die Brennerdüse (1 Abb. 3) mit der laut Tabelle II für die gewählte Gasart entsprechenden Düse ersetzen.
Den Leitflammenbrenner (5 Abb. 3) durch das Drehen des Drehknopfes (Abb. 7) auf die Stufe (     ) anzünden, den Brenner 

(4 Abb. 3) durch das Drehen des Drehknopfes auf die Stufe 8 anzünden, die Schraube (2 Abb. 3) lockern, die Flamme durch das

Einwirken auf die Einstellbuchse (3 Abb. 3) einregulieren und für jede Gasart die Primärluft (P.L.E.) mit Xmm einstellen 

(siehe Tabelle der Einspritzdüsen II).

AUSTAUSCHEN DER KLEINSTSTUFEN-EINSTELLSCHRAUBE (BY-PASS)

Die Kleinststufen-Einstellschraube (11 Abb. 5) auf dem Temperaturregler mit der Schraube ersetzen, die laut Tabelle der 

Einspritzdüsen II der gewählten Gasart entspricht. 

Die Einstellschraube der Kleinststufe bzw. By-Pass bis zum Anschlag eindrehen.

Nachdem die Düsen ausgewechselt wurden, auf das vorhandene Etikett das der Maschine mitgelieferte Etikette mit der neuen 

Gasart anbringen.”

UMRÜSTUNG FÜR DEN BETRIEB MIT EINER ANDEREN  

                                                                                                         GASART

2.6.5 

BETRIEBSKONTROLLE

-  Das Gerät laut Gebrauchsanleitungen in Betrieb setzen.
-  In Übereinstimmung mit den örtlich geltenden Normen kontrollieren, daß keine Gasleckagen vorhanden sind.
-  Kontrollieren, daß der Leitflammenbrenner und der Hauptbrenner jeweils anzünden und zwischenzünden.
-  Überprüfen, daß die Abgase ordnungsgemäß abgelassen werden.
-  Auf einem Klebeschild notieren, auf welches Gas und welchen Druck das Gerät eingestellt wurde und das Klebeschild dann 

auf dem Geräteschild aufkleben.

VORBEREITUNG DES VERWENDERS

Dem Verwender müssen unter Verwendung des Anleitungshandbuches der Betrieb und der Gebrauch der Brat- und Grillplatte 

“Fry-Top” sowie eventuelle Änderungen erklärt werden. Das Anleitungshandbuch im Besitz des Verwenders lassen und ihm 

erklären, daß er es für späteres Nachschlagen verwenden muß.
