8 LOAD CHARTS AND CORRECT LOADING PROCEDURES
8.1 GENERAL
NOTICE
Except for model DH-AR4*, which is also suitable for the use at loading docks, the outboard platform edge, the mechanical support
legs of the platform and the hydraulic stabilising legs MUST be put in firm contact with the ground, prior to loading or unloading.
WARNING

If the platform is loaded while the outboard edge and mechanical support legs are not (yet) in firm contact with the ground, the
overload relief system [see 6.2 from page 14 onwards] might cause the platform to drop down rapidly. This can put the operator
and bystanders at great risk of serious bodily injury or death, and cause material damage.

Overloading and improper loading / unloading of the hydraulic ramp will put the operator and bystanders at great risk of serious
bodily injury or death. Such conditions will also cause premature wear and damage to the hydraulic ramp, or failure of the
hydraulic ramp.

Therefore, it is essential that the operator respects the maximum rated capacity and follows the loading instructions and the
load chart with great care.

DHOLLANDIA disclaims liability for all personal bodily injury and / or property damage that results from overloading practices.

The maximum rated capacity is the maximum weight that the hydraulic ramp can carry with the following constraints:

The weight is evenly spread over the platform surface, over minimum 4 wheels.

In case of machines on 3 wheels only, the safe working load MUST be limited to 75% of the maximum rated capacity.
