Charging Case of Slow-charging
(Fast-charging) Pile
Connect the vehicle plug and socket of the
charging
case of slow-charging
(fast-charging) pile to realize charging.
Instant Charging Method
1. The power supply is set at “OFF”.
2. Unlock the car and remove the AC
charging port cover.
3.
Connect the vehicle plug of
wall-mounted charging box.
4.
Under normal conditions, turn on the
emergency switch to start charging.
5.
The charging box indicator is on, and
the charging indicator is flickering.
6.
The integrated instrument lights up
the charging connection indicator.
7. During the charging process, the
integrated instrument displays the relevant
charging parameters and the charging
animation.
8.
If you need to stop charging, unlock
the vehicle and unplug the charging gun;
and if the charging has been completed,
the charging box will automatically finish
charging.
9.
Apply the AC charging port cover
and cover plate.
10. Finish charging box AC charging.
Note
If the cover plate of the charging port is
frozen in snow or cold weather, the cover
plate of the charging port may not bounce
off automatically when you press the cover
plate of the charging port. In this case, it
can be opened in the following ways:
Use hot water or other heating devices
with a maximum temperature of less than
100 degrees to melt the ice before
removing the charging port cover. Please
do not open the cover plate forcibly.
Description of Electronic Lock
Unlocking Failure
When the battery is full, the charging gun
will not pop up automatically. There is a
cover plate available in the trunk of the car.
Remove the cover plate and pull the
gripper after the cover plate to unlock the
electronic lock manually, and pull out the
charging gun.
General Charging Failure
Diagnosis

Charging failure: physical
connection is completed and charging is
started.

Power battery is full: when the
power battery is full, charging will stop
automatically.
