4.2.7 OverClock Cruise
OverClock Cruise is an application program that allows you to set
the CPU clock of the system. It is suppor ted in the following
operating systems: Windows
98, Windows
98 SE, Windows
ME,
Windows
2000 and Windows
XP.
1. To run the program, click “OverClock Cruise” on the autorun
screen. The following screen will appear.

2. The large digits in the middle of the screen is the current CPU
clock. Use the scrollbar below it to manually adjust the desired
CPU clock, then click the “Run” button. The change will take effect
only if this button is clicked. Note that the “CPU Ext Clock”,
“AGP Clock” and “PCI Clock” will change accordingly.
3. To automatically adjust the CPU clock, click the “Autorun” button.
When it reaches your desired CPU clock, click the button again
to stop. Otherwise, the CPU clock will continue to increase until
it exceeds its maximum causing the system to restart. The system
will star t with the speed that is most stable before it hanged.
