heater thermostats or, in the absence of such thermostats, in a conspicuous location.

QTD2 Series

Installation Manual

The QTD2 Series Infrared Tube Heater is a negative pressure, two-stage radiant heater system. This
manual provides specific information related to the QTD2 Series model. All persons involved with the
installation, operation, and maintenance of the heater system must read and understand the information
in this manual.

For Your Safety

If you smell gas:

• Open windows.

• Do not try to light any appliance.

• Do not touch any electrical switch.

• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone.

• Extinguish any open flame.

• Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.

• Do not use any phone in your building. • If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
