INSTALLATION FOR DOOR THICKNESS 1.37'' to 1.96'' (35mm to 50mm) ALL KWIKSET DEADBOLTS
9) Remove the tape band.
10) Remove both outside and inside units of the deadbolt.
11) Cut 1 mm larger than the marked point on the interiour unit's cam
bar. Coping Saw and Pliers can be used to cut fastly.
12) Install the outside unit of the deadbolt and apply a piece of tape
band on it.
13) Check and verify that chassis's top position is same as at the
photo.
14) Verify that your cam bar is that the horizontal position as
shown at the photo and install chassis and screws.
15) Tighten the screws of the chassis.
16) Make sure that top position and cam bar position is same as at
the photo.
