Remove the RIGHT SIDE
end-cap with a Phillips
screwdriver.
Install locking end cap.
Align the holes.
• Hold the cap
in place and
insert the pin.
• Attach the
"E" clip.
Holding the cap, insert the cable
end completely into the arm.
• Wrap cable around
last bike's frame.
• Attach lock to pin.
LOCK THE
LOCK.
Stow lock when
not in use.
• Remove
hitch pin.
• Attach
hitch lock.
LOCK THE CARRIER TO THE VEHCILE.

Close the
lock cap.
Insert the key and
LOCK THE LOCK.
