2. Operate burners until air is
removed from line. Have gas
line checked by local natural
or propane/LP gas company.

White powder residue forming
within burner box or on adja-
cent walls or furniture.
1. When heated, vapors from
furniture polish, wax, carpet

white powder residue.

cleaners or similar products.
Remote does not function.
1. Battery is not installed. Bat-
tery power is low.
2. Wire connection loose or
wire broken.
1. Replace batteries (4-AA in
receiver and 3-AAA in hand
set) in receiver and remote
control.
