PROBLEM CAUSE
REMEDY
The standard of the disc is unsuitable; disc
scratched /dirty; disc loaded upside down
The jack must be electrical, press the
plug,turn on the power.
Power plug not inserted properly; there
is no power in the socket; the power is
not switched on.
Connect the video output line correctly; set the
TV into the AV channel; select a suitable mode
(N/P).
Video line not properly connected; TV
not properly set up; N/P is not selected
correctly.
Use suitable discs,make sure discs are clean;
make sure discs are loaded correctly.
Audio line not properly connected; the
volume is too low.
Connect the audio line correctly; adjust the
volume.
Bad image definition
and no colour
The quality of the disc is bad.
Use a better quality disc.
