• Pressure to low
• Dirt • Keep the connections as short as possible
• Water pressure should be 2.5–5.0 bar with
min. flow of 1.5 l/min
• Clean circuit and exchange tubes
E021 Over temperature
power unit • Unit can not cool down
• To many consecutive casts
• Water cooling insufficient • Do not block the space at the back of the
machine
• Not more than 6 casts/hour

E030 IZK Peak current too
large • Not enough material in the crucible
• Old crucible
• No crucible inserted • Only heat with inserted filled crucible
E040 Generator switched
on/off too often • Max. 5 switches/min • Switch off the casting unit and avoid to
many switching events
E050 Over temperature
generator • Unit can not cool down
• To many consecutive casts
