• Begin in one quadrant:
Place the brush head

on your gums and move the brush upwards/
downwards from the gums to over the crown of the tooth.
Proceed in this manner on both the inside and the outside surfaces of
the tooth. Start again from the gums for each individual tooth.
Do not forget the back surfaces of the rear molars.
To clean the chewing surfaces, direct the rotating brush head with light
pressure over the chewing surfaces.
• After 30 seconds the toothbrush briefl y interrupts its operation twice, to
signalise to you that you should start to clean the next quadrant.
Clean all jaw quadrants with the same technique.
• After two minutes the toothbrush briefl y stops its operation 4 times. This
informs you that you have complied with the dental recommendation of
two minutes cleaning.
• To stop the toothbrush, press the on/off switch

• First take the toothbrush out of your mouth when it has stopped.

After use, clean the brush heads

thoroughly under running water.
• For conservation of the bristles on the brush head

, replace the
protective cap

Cleaning and Care
• Clean the hand element

only with a soft and lightly moistened cloth.
Do not use detergents or solvents. They can damage the plastic sur-
faces.
• After use, clean the brush heads

thoroughly under running water.
We recommend cleaning the brush heads

in a standard commercial
cleaning fl uid for prosthetics every 2 - 4 weeks. After about 3 months,
at the latest however when the bristles bend outwards, you should fi t
a new brush head

Warning regarding appliance damage!
Do not use sharp objects to remove dried-on toothpaste from the hand
element

, they could damage the seals and thus the appliance.
Changing the batteries
When the movement become noticably weaker, the batteries must be
exchanged.
• Open the battery compartment by sliding the the battery compartment
lid
4 downwards and remove the old batteries.
