This function uploads, from the BHT to the current directory on the FTP
server, the specified file using the specified parameters.

Parameters:

FTPHANDLE%

FTP client handle

SERV.FNAME$

Name for file on FTP server. Leaving this unspecified
("") uses the name in

CLNT.FNAME$

instead.

CLNT.FNAME$

Name of file to upload to FTP server

CRLF.TYPE%

Line delimiter (See description under function #6
above.)

UP.MODE%

Flag controlling treatment of existing files

DISP.MODE%

Flag controlling a progress display consisting of an 8-
digit number giving the number of bytes transferred
