Standard Curve Methods: Fluorescence

Run Screen- Standard Curve View

•

The

Stds

button will pop-up the Edit Concentrations for Standard Curve

window.

•

The

Delete and Undo

icons

are used to manage the RFU values within the

table.

•

The

Save

button will pop-up the Save Values window. Either concentration

values or concentration values with the associated RFU values may be saved.

•

The

New Curve

button is used to generate a new curve or load a previously

saved curve. All sample data generated using the Samples radio button will be
automatically saved and accessible using the Data app.

•

The

Replicates

arrow button enables the use of up to three replicate

measurements per standard concentration. The average of the replicates will
be used to generate the trend line.
