8.7 Customizing the quantity in the cup
1. Press and hold for few seconds the button relative to the
beverage you want to customize: the programming starts
when the indicator light blinks fast and coffee delivery
begins;
2. Once the cup is filled to the desired level, press the bever-
age button again. Delivery stops and the quantity is saved
in the memory.

To adjust, while the coffee grinder is in operation, turn the dial
as follows:
If the coffee is over-extracted,
delivery too slowly or not at
all, you need a more coarse
ground setting.
This adjustment will not take ef-
fect until at least 2 cups of coffee
have been delivered.
Turn one click towards “7”
If the coffee is under-
extracted, delivery too fast
and has no crema, you need
a finer ground setting.
This adjustment will not take ef-
fect until at least 2 cups of coffee
have been delivered.
Turn one click towards “1”
Please note:
The grinding adjustment dial must only be turned when the
coffee grinder is in operation during the initial phase of coffee
preparation.

• Never add pre-ground coffee
when the machine is off or
it could spread through the
inside of the machine and
dirty it. This could damage
the machine.
• Never use more than one
measuring spoon as it could
dirty the inside of the ma-
chine or block the funnel.

coffee:
halfway through preparation,
when the
+
lights come on, add one mea-
suring spoon of pre-ground
coffee and press the Long
button again.
• You cannot make
coffee using pre-
ground coffee.
