It is completely normal for a considerable amount of very hot
steam to pour out immediately after this.

Put the cover over the appliance.
Start frying
• Press the
On/Off Button
. The display shows the count-
down and “
COOKING
”.The “heating” light switches on.
• During the cooking operations, you can not change the temper-
ature, but you can modify the time of frying by pressing the
+
(plus)/-(minus) Buttons
.
End of frying
• As the end of the frying time, the appliance emits 5 “beeps”.
• Check if the food has reached the required golden colour.
• Unplug the appliance.
• Allow the excess oil to drain by hooking the basket handle to
the bowl.
Automatic cooking programs
Your deep fryer comes equipped with four pre-programmed set-
tings for chip fries, chicken, fish and shrimp. These settings are
based upon frying no more than the recommended volume of food
(1,3 kg max), not to exceed the MAX line on the frying basket.

Push the
On/Off Button
to start preheating the oil.The
fryer starts heating: the “heating” light switches on and the dis-
play shows “
HEATING
”.

As soon as the temperature is reached, the “heating” light
switches off and the display shows “
READY
”; the fryer emits 5
“beeps”.
