NOTE: The HDD thermal sensor is an optional component and your computer may not ship with it.

Remove the

3.

Identify the HDD thermal sensor connected to the system board.

4.

Disconnect the HDD thermal sensor from the system board.

5.

Release the latch that secures the HDD thermal sensor. In this instance, the HDD thermal sensor is
connected to the hard drive.
